The Bedspread Pre-seamer sews 2 half bolts of fabric to one full bolt and is used to match patterns for narrow width goods prior to being quilted on a wide width quilting machine. One full width roll of fabric and a second roll of fabric, which is cut in ½, is placed in a roller cradle behind the operator. The full and ½ roll are sewn together, MATCHING THE PATTERN (if necessary) and are fed into a basket. Then the basket with 1 ½ roll is wheeled to the back of the roller cradle. Now with the other ½ width roll is placed into the roller cradle and sewn. The finished ( ½ full ½ ) roll is again fed into a basket. PRE-SEAMER RE-WINDER PICTURE 1 PRE-SEAMER RE-WINDER PICTURE 2
