"Short Cut" Cutting System allows one person to do the work normally done by two people. The "Short Cut" Cutting System is at home in the smallest or largest work room. Fast and accurate (± 1/8") cutting will insure a very fast pay back time. Match patterns faster and easier than any machine on the market. CUTTER The 110 volt cutter with 3½" blade is pneumatically driven across the table. The cut cycle time is less than 2½ seconds. Cut speed for 60" lengths is approximately 10 cuts per minute. A bolt of fabric can be loaded and first 80" cut made in less than 30 seconds. PULL-OFF The pull-off is light weight. The clamp picks up the fabric automatically and drops it off automatically at the completion of the cut. When the cut length is reached, the cutter cuts automatically. The cut size can be changed in less than one second.
ROLLER CRADLE The operator has the option of using the roller cradle or bar to hold the fabric. Loading the bolt of fabric is very fast. OPTIONS A Power feed/Edge Control replaces the roller cradle and is available for feeding heavy or stretchy fabrics. The fabric is fed to the cutter tensionless. The power feed will re-roll the bolt effortlessly when the operator is finished cutting. The Edge Control will guide the fabric onto the table along the selvage edge.
