The sizing table is constructed using an all steel frame with a ¾" Guardian MDO plywood top. Tables are available in 16, 20, 24 and 30 foot WIDE and 12 0r 16 feet LONG.

The air powered clamp has staggered clamp pads that allow the lining to be aligned along the bottom hem without pins or staples. The clamp rides up and down the table on 6 wear resistant Teflon pads.

The track guided buckram applicator applies double sided tape to any 4" buckram, applies buckram to the drape, and strips and ejects the paper backing from the double sided tape automatically.

A spring loaded vinyl loading pocket in front of the table, receives the drapery prior to clamping into the air powered clamp. The pocket also is used to receive scraps, cutting and discarded paper backing.

Production speed is 640 unlined or 360 lined widths per day.

All operations are done in front of the sizing table ( NO NEED TO WALK AROUND THE SIDES OR BACK OF THE TABLE).

Optional 3 function Remote Control Treadle operates forward, reverse, and clamps open from anywhere in front of the table.
